<h2>CLAVIS Returns & Cancellation Policy</h2>
<p><em>This policy applies to orders placed by consumers in the United Kingdom and reflects the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.</em></p>
<h3>Your right to cancel</h3>
<p>You have the right to cancel your order within <strong>14 days</strong> of receiving it, without giving a reason.</p>
<p>To cancel, email us at <a href="mailto:cai.c@clavislab.com">cai.c@clavislab.com</a> with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.</p>
<p>Once you've told us you want to cancel, you have a further <strong>14 days</strong> to send the item back to us.</p>
<h3>Free returns</h3>
<p>Returns are free. Email <a href="mailto:cai.c@clavislab.com">cai.c@clavislab.com</a> with your order number and we'll confirm your return address and next steps.</p>
<h3>Refunds</h3>
<p>We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item back (or, if earlier, of you providing evidence that you've sent it back). Refunds are made to your original payment method and include the cost of standard delivery.</p>
<h3>Condition of returned items</h3>
<p>You're welcome to open and inspect your case as you would in a shop. If it shows signs of use beyond that — scratches, marks, missing parts, or damaged packaging that affects resale — we may deduct an amount from your refund that reflects the reduction in value. Please return items in the condition you'd expect to receive them in.</p>
<h3>Faulty or damaged items</h3>
<p>If your CLAVIS case arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, this is covered separately under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to a full refund within 30 days of receipt, and beyond that, a right to repair or replacement. Email us at <a href="mailto:cai.c@clavislab.com">cai.c@clavislab.com</a> with photos of the issue and we'll sort it quickly.</p>
<h3>How to return an item</h3>
<ol>
<li>Email <a href="mailto:cai.c@clavislab.com">cai.c@clavislab.com</a> with your order number.</li>
<li>We'll confirm your return and send you the return address and instructions.</li>
<li>Package the case securely, ideally in its original packaging.</li>
<li>Send it back to the address we provide.</li>
