Returns & Refunds

Every CLAVIS edition is recorded to a single owner and struck with a unique edition number. We want you to be completely satisfied with your piece.

This page is a summary of our full Return and Refund Policy, which applies to all orders.

14-day right to cancel

You may cancel your order and return your edition within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Let us know within 14 days of delivery, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.

Faulty, damaged, or not as described

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are fully protected. If an edition arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have 30 days from receipt to reject it for a full refund, or we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. We cover all postage for faulty or incorrect items.

How to return

Email cai.c@clavislab.com with your order number and your edition number (shown on the packing slip enclosed with your order). We respond within two business days with return instructions and an address. For change-of-mind returns you are responsible for return postage; we recommend a tracked service, as CLAVIS cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. We cover postage for faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or proof that it has been returned. For change-of-mind returns we refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery charge; return postage is not refunded. We confirm by email once your refund has been processed.
